- Step 1
Apply
Send us your application for one of our open positions. We review every application and reach out to every candidate because we believe there's more to you than your CV.
- Step 2
Get to know us
You'll have an informal 30–40 minute conversation with our recruiter via phone or Microsoft Teams. We'll talk about your experience, career goals and what it's like to work at MADIS.
- Step 3
Technical interview
If we're a good match, you'll meet your potential manager and future teammates. We'll discuss your technical expertise, experience and how you approach solving real-world challenges.
- Step 4
Receive your offer
If everything clicks, we'll send you a personalized offer. Once you accept, we'll take care of the onboarding and welcome you to the team.
Even if there isn't a suitable opening at the moment, we'd still love to get to know you. After reviewing your CV, we'll invite you to an introductory conversation. If a role matching your skills and experience becomes available, we'll then proceed with the technical interview.
